Hamilton
Creative Director / Owner / National Educator
With 21+ Yrs experience in Hairdressing from Senior Stylist to Owner of her own salon in Miranda, in the Sutherland Shire; An award winning stylist she has become synonymous with excellence in both Cutting and Colouring in Australia.
Kaarina is currently one of the top hair stylists, which has been recognised by her past awards, her appointment in the invite only position as a Guest Artist of the international brand Revlon Professional for 2017 and 2018 (currently the only person in Australia to hold this coveted position) and a Finalist in the AHFA 2016 Excellence in Education Awards.
Kaarina was also a National Educator for Revlon Professional 2016 – 2019, and a Colour Specialist Team Member 2011 – 2016, as well as being a member of National Artistic Teams throughout both New Zealand and Australia, as well as planning and launching her own National Education Colour Courses in Melbourne & Sydney through 2016 & 2017.
Creative Stylist
Emily has been in our industry now for just over 7 years, starting her career in the current hipster area of Surrey Hills, so you know she is coming from so high quality and high-end salons.
These connections have allowed Emily to be involved in multiple fashions shows, assisting on education, as well as looking after some well known people.
Some of the opportunities have included assisting on O&M Education through 2016 – 2018, working with Session Stylist – Alan White on the Romance Was Born show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
She has also had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Editorial Stylist – Koh Tanyanichapong, and has allowed her to work with: Designer – Emma Muhholland, Singer – Thelma Plum and Singer – Bertie Blackman.
She has had opportunities to work with most brands, including O&M, Wella, Label M, R&Co, Mr Smith and Kevin.Murphy.

Artistic Stylist
Tegan has been in our industry now for just over 6 years, and is already a strong part of the team. With her starting her career in the busy South Sydney area, before joining our Salon down here in the Shire.
With these style of salons, she has already had the opportunity to be part numerous courses, training seminars and product brands from the likes of colour brands Goldwell, Revlon Professional and NAK, through to retail and styling brands Kerastase, American Crew and our forever favorite Kevin.Murphy.
We know you’ll love her and the energy that she brings to the salon as much as we do.
Salon Coordinator
Dwayne has been the driving force within KDelmé Hairdressings amazing growth in reputation within the industry and Miranda in the Sutherland Shire. With his background in Business Development and customer service within a selection of Sydney’s Leading Salons and Product Companies, Dwayne in partnership with Kaarina has managed to build KDelmé Hairdressing into a leader within the area, with sites of a leader within the industry.
This was recognised with his appointment to the Board of Directors of the Australian Hairdressing Council (The AHC), the national association for hairdressing within Australia and a leader in promoting the reputation and skills of our industry.
With Dwayne’s key emphasis on providing the best of everything for our clients, has allowed us to ensure continued training for all our staff to bring you our clients, newer and more modern fashion trends faster, as well as constantly refining our product range to more and grow with client demands.

Positions Available – Senior Stylist or 3rd Year Apprentice
We are looking for a fun, young and energetic senior hairdresser or apprentice who is a Team Player and wants to achieve something with their career and not just have a job.
Our hair salon located in Miranda, NSW, is across the road from the Miranda Westfields, so extremely close to all Public Transport, a Gold AHC Salon Select Salon and Green AHC Select Salon and actively ensure the reduction in our environmental footprint. Our salon/team has been finalists for:
- AHIA State Salon of the Year – ACT/NSW – 2015 & 2016
- AHIA Salon Director of the Year – 2015
- AHIA Salon Team of the Year – 2016
- AHFA Excellence in Education – 2016
